We have a number of communal areas in the Hofdijk residential building.
In addition to the laundry rooms on the third and eighth floors, we also have a roof terrace, penthouse and bicycle storage.

There is a roof terrace on the eleventh floor of the residential building. This roof terrace has furniture where you can chill. You can meet each other. Read the roof terrace rules carefully so that everyone can continue to use it! Do you want to organize something, do you want to invite guests? Discuss this with the executive board. Send an email or fill in the contact form. Try to indicate this 3-5 working days in advance, as it will be difficult to organize it on the day itself.
Next to the roof terrace we have an enclosed space. This is the Penthouse. This is where drinks and parties are held for the entire building. In addition, the residents’ committee meets here and is used for the general residents’ meeting (ABV).
Next to the mailboxes is a door to the bicycle shed. You can also park your bicycle in this bicycle shed. For this you need the same key as that of your unit. It is only permitted to park bicycles here; scooters and/or mopeds must be parked outside in the red tiled parking lot.
