Laundry room | 3th floor

Laundry rooms

On the third and eighth floors we have laundromats, including dryers. With a reservation made in SuperSaas, these can be used to wash and dry clothes. You can make a reservation or if necessary, open an account, using this link.

How much does it cost to run the laundry machines and dryers?

At the moment, it costs €0,65 to run either machine once. Compared to other Stadswonen buildings, we are currently the cheapest.

How can I pay?

You can use your bank card or mobile phone for either machine. The system is pin-only, so using cash money is not possible.

What do I do if a payment failed?

If problems arise during washing/drying, get in touch with the managers.

Parking

The Hofdijk building has a small parking lot for its residents which is managed by Stadswonen. You can request a parking spot via verhuur@stadswonenrotterdam.nl Include your first and last name, address, and license plate number in your email.

What if Stadswonens response is that the parking lot is already full?

In this case you can request a VOL-verklaring from Stadswonen which you can use to apply for parking with the municipality of Rotterdam. The municipality will give you a temporary parking spot.

Visitor parking

If you have visitors, they can park in the city at a reduced rate using the app ‘bezoekersparkeren’. This rate is €0,10 per 10 minutes, or €0,60 per hour.
